Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven, give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us for our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen

If you're having struggles with life, not feeling well, worrying about things, Repeat this for 5 mins in the morning, 5 mins in the afternoon and 5 mins before you fall asleep. Repeat it silently in your mind every time you start to think negative thoughts.

Give Thanks for everything. Everyday. Thank you God for all I have and all I am about to receive. Thank you for the wonderful home I have to live in. Thank you for all the food I have to eat, the water I drink, the clean air I breathe. Thank you God for my wonderful, loving, healthy, happy, supportive family around me. Thank you God for your love for me and my loved ones. Thank you for the great car I have to drive, the computer that helps me in every are of my life, from communicating to the world to the entertainment i see and the income that grows from the great tool it is for me. Thank you mostly for the love, peace and harmony in my life now and always. It is in the name of Jesus Christ I pray and thank you for hearing my prayers. Amen.
Heavenly Father, I ask for a host of angels to watch over me today, angels of God who love me, support me and want to help me. Guide me in everything I do and in everything I say, each and everyday. Protect me from all evil and danger, illness and injury of any kind in Jesus almighty name. Where ever there may be negative energy, I ask for spiritual intervention. Thank you for your love and protection, your guidance and support in helping me to achieve my goals, pay my debts, finish my work, keeping me strong and healthy, happy and abundant in every area of my life.
